Cargo Movement Flows
- Container booking indent received from customers at port of loading.
- Booking confirmation received from customer.
- Customer arranges for pickup of empty container from port of loading and moves to point of origin.
- Customer loads the cargo in container & seals the container with one time lock provided by Jindal Vector.
- Loaded container sent back to the nearest port with requisite documents like excise invoice, vat invoice, challan, packing slip etc.
- Loaded container received at port of loading.
- Cargo receipt is given to the customer at port of loading.
- Container loaded on designated ship / vessel / ( cargo shipped ).
- Container discharged at discharge port.
- Prealert given to the receiver / point of destination.
- Customer arranges for pickup of container from port of discharge and moves to point of destination.
- POD (proof of delivery ) given by the receiver at port of discharge to Jindal Vector.
- Customer un-loads the cargo from the container.
- Customer returns the empty container at specified yard in sound condition.
