JITF Vector Employees undergo regular in-house customized training. Experienced external faculties are invited regularly deliver sessions on specialization and behavioral aspects. External training programs are conducted by premier organizations and institutes such as Council of Logistics Management, Confederation of Indian Industry, FICCI, XLRI, IIM, etc.
It is mandatory for everyone to participate for the prescribed number of training days. This mandatory training procedure is taken very seriously and is considered a part of the performance of each employee.
